In addition to the spectacular fireworks show, there will be a laser show disco, fairground amusements, sparkler sales and safety zones, face painting, balloon modelling, tombola, a range of craft activities for children! All visitors must purchase a ticket in advance online.

Spectacular fireworks display with music starts at 7.30pm at Swanwick Junction. Access to this event is via Butterley Station only where there is free car parking.

We are delighted to welcome back our bonfire and fireworks this year in the garden. With a blazing bonfire and two glittering firework displays, including an early display for little ones set to music from popular children's films, there's exhilarating entertainment for visitors of all ages.
Wrap up warm and join us for live music, dancing, circus performers and face painting - make your bonfire night go with a bang.
Keep warm with a range of delicious food from hog roasts to jacket potatoes, from churros to sweet treats. Why not enjoy a glass of mulled wine or cider for the ultimate winter warmer?

A fantastic celebratory event for local residents, the Chesterfield Fireworks Extravaganza takes place again this year.
The annual firework event organised by Chesterfield Borough Council commemorates 100 years since the end of World War One include the lighting of a bonfire, a short act of remembrance including standard bearers and playing of the last post to commemorate the centenary of the end of the First World War.
Derby Grammar School are again hosting their magnificent Fireworks Spectacular on bonfire night, Monday 5 November. Our Fireworks evening has quickly established itself as one of the best displays in the local area, with visitors returning year after year.
Organised by our PTA, alongside the two fireworks displays, you can enjoy:
- A selection of soft and alcoholic drinks from the bar
- Tea, coffee, hot chocolate
- Delicious hot food
- Stalls
- Glow sticks!
Gates open at 6.30pm. First display at 7pm. Limited parking is available free onsite.
Children's display will begin around 6:30pm, and the main firework display will be around 7:30pm.
