Olivier Award-winner for Best Family Show 2024, Dinosaur World Live has arrived in Buxton with a roarsome production for all the family! The show takes families on an exhilarating adventure back in time to a prehistoric island, complete with life-like dinosaurs including Triceratops, Giraffatitan, and everyone’s favourite, the T-Rex!
Dinosaur World Live is brought to life by a talented cast of creatives, including the lead dinosaur wrangler, Miranda, whose expertise and humour captivates the audience as she introduces each life-sized creature. The dinosaurs are awe-inspiring in their realism and size, and move and sound so authentic you can’t help but be mesmerised!
What sets the show apart from other children’s productions is the high level of excitement and audience engagement it seamlessly creates. Children are invited on stage to help Miranda feed, groom or walk the dinosaurs in a magical and unforgettable experience. The show mixes cheeky capers with heart-warming moments to create a show that will have little ones on the edge of their seats! There is a chance for all children to ‘meet a dinosaur’ in a post-show meet and greet - a highlight for any dinosaur fan!
Perfect for families this summer, the show runs for approximately 50 minutes with the meet and greet for 15 minutes afterwards. A relaxed performance on Friday 22nd August ensures accessibility for all with a breakout space and flexible entry and exit.
