A Cast to Enchant You
The magical Mina Anwar (Happy Valley, The Thin Blue Line) steps in as the Fairy Godmother, weaving a spellbinding narrative with charm and powerhouse vocals. Meanwhile, Derby’s favourite panto duo, Morgan Brind and Roddy Peters, return as the hilarious Ugly Sisters. These two had the audience howling with their sharp wit, ridiculous antics, and over-the-top costumes. Oh, and be ready for some audience participation – watch out for giant beach balls and water pistols!
Kristian Cunningham brings warmth and humour to the role of Buttons, while Lucy Munden and Charles Ruhrmund shine as Cinderella and Prince Charming. Their chemistry and vocal performances elevate the story, with toe-tapping renditions of hits that are bound to leave audiences humming. A special shoutout goes to Brind for a fresh, laugh-out-loud script that keeps the energy alive.
