Superhero Picnic
๐ซ Superhero Picnic #LOVEPARKS NO BOOKING and FREE EVENT
This three-day event will look a little different this year due to COVID-19 and some activities will move online. But, there will also be self-guided trails to complete around the parks so fear not, you can still don your best superhero outfit and bring along a picnic. ๐งบ
There are some new and exciting self-guided trails around Markeaton, Chaddesden and Darley Parks which will be launched on 27 July and be available throughout summer. Maps will be providing for you to download and follow in each park, where you will be on the lookout for animals. Superhero Picnic will have a competition with prizes for everyone to enter who completes the trial, detail of this will follow soon.
There will be an online event programme, which everyone can get involved, whether you're at home or in the park. There will be crafts, music, sports, games and more. An activity pack for families to download will be available soon!
