This is a drop off session based in Shining Cliff Woods near Ambergate - directions and parking information is provided with booking confirmation.
Please note - the event is for children in the academic year 1 and over.
We will begin with some games and den building before making our way to the fire pit area where there will be a chance to safely learn fire lighting skills and fire safety as we prepare the campfire.
We will then make campfire pizzas for lunch and toast marshmallows for dessert, washed down with a lovely hot chocolate! (Please also bring a packed lunch.)
Shining Cliff woods is known for its resident charcoal burners of the 17th century, and so we will also make our own charcoal to use for some creative activities.
