A full on day of outdoor adventure packed full of games and challenges - with loads to do, heaps to discover and endless fun to be had.
Muddy hands, happy faces and wild memories guaranteed! This drop-off day in the woods runs from 10am-3pm.
The Go Wild Woodland Adventure days will give children the opportunity for lots of self-led discovery, adventure and games whilst also offering a variety of fun challenges, activities and woodland skills to have a go at. Expect den building, stream discovery, fire lighting skills, the egg survival challenge, crafts, team games and more!
You will need to bring a drink and a packed lunch. But we will also provide hot chocolate and marshmallows to toast.
We are excited to be joined at the Go Wild sessions by Tracy from the fabulous Hopyard Wood - bringing lots of fun, experience and love of the woods. This is a drop off session. Minimum age is 5 yrs. The upper age of 12yrs is a guide, older children are welcome.
It might be hot at this time of year but it always feels cooler under the shade of the trees. We strongly advise that children wear long trousers and long sleeves to help prevent insect bites and stings. Also sturdy footwear for the uneven and sometimes muddy woodland paths is a must.
