“THE BELPER VC” is a new film celebrating the life and times of Bombardier Charles Edwin Stone VC MM with JOHN TAMS as the voice of Charles.
THE MUSIC OF JOHN TAMS will highlight the songs of one the great songwriters of the 20th century. Performed by Rakestone and friends.

Derbyshire Childhood gives insights into life on the farm where her life was shaped.

1THE LITTLE SPARROW TRIO are Katie Ware (vocals & guitar), Richard Dewhurst (keyboards) and Belper’s favourite cellist Sarah Dale. Drawing influences from the likes of Kate Bush, PJ Harvey and All About Eve, Little Sparrow’s music creates songs that are filled with a blend of styles, woven into the colourful tapestry of her music, often with a mysterious fairy tale quality. Amongst their set will be a new piece, “The Derwent”, with music composed by Katie Ware and lyrics by George Gunby.
