Willows Sports Centre’s coaching courses for children aged from 4 to 12 years old provide a great introduction into your chosen sport and take place in great facilities, unrivalled in Derby, where you can even watch and enjoy a coffee and piece of cake at the same time!
Our experienced, personable coaches, qualified to at least level one with the National Governing Body of that sport will look after your child in a relaxed, introductory and above all fun environment.
Throughout school term-time we run our skills courses. These are aimed at developing a child’s basic skills, technique and also their confidence and team interaction. Our sessions are an enjoyable blend of games, drills and practice, aimed at creating the next generation of stars and starlets! All of our coaches and staff are first-aid trained, carry relevant DBS checks and receive personal mentoring before they run classes of their own.
Football courses run for children aged 4-12 years old and netball courses for 7-12 years old. All abilities are welcome.

The emphasis is on fun and enjoyment as they learn to play in our sessions.
